Based out of Timmins, Ontario, Emerald Geological Services (EGS) is a ready-made exploration team with over 140 years of combined geological experience and a history of exploration success. EGS has a proven record of managing grassroots to advanced stage projects and data compilations having experience in PGM, precious and base metals, uranium, critical and rare earth metals.

Bruce MacLachlan (P.Geo Limited)
President and CEO
With over 40 years experience within the exploration industry, Bruce has proven exploration/management skills and is a key member of the discovery teams who discovered numerous occurrences including the Eagle River Deposit located near Wawa Ontario (Wesdome), the Sugar Zone Mine north of White River (Harte Gold) and the BAM Gold Deposit north of Armstrong (Landore). He has a wide range of experience involving grassroots to advanced projects. Bruce has held the position of Geological Technician / Prospector with Noranda, Hemlo Gold and Battle Mountain Gold, Project Manager with CanAlaska Uranium and Exploration Manager with Noront Resources and Rare Earth Metals. Recently (2017 and 2018 field seasons) Bruce co-discovered a number of gold showings in the Hemlo area for Canadian Orebodies Inc.

Coleman Robertson (BSc., P.Geo)
Vice President Exploration
Coleman (Project Geologist) graduated from McGill University’s Geology program in 2014. He started working with Emerald in May of 2017, and co-discovered a number of gold showings in the Hemlo area for Canadian Orebodies Inc. in the 2017 and 2018 field seasons. Coleman has gained extensive geological experience exploring gold properties across Ontario over the past 7 years, including properties in the Hemlo, Red Lake, Wawa, Sioux Lookout, Shebandowan, Atikokan areas and Nunavut.

Daniel Rubiolo (Ph.D., P.Geo.)
Consulting Geologist
Dr. Rubiolo has been bridging academic and industry activities for several years. Since 2005 Dr. Rubiolo has been engaged in exploration management for different private, junior, and major companies in Canada and Latin America. Some public companies included CanAlaska Uranium Ltd, Impact Silver Corp., Cameco Corp., Skeena Resources Ltd., Trident Gold Corp., Enforcer Gold Corp., Falcon Gold Corp, Blue Star Gold, etc. He gained expertise in economic geology, precious and base metals, uranium, and geological mapping.

Frederick (Bobby) Lowndes
Prospector
Bobby has been an active prospector since 2009. He has carried out a wide variety of exploration techniques including prospecting, staking, trenching, channel sampling, soil sampling, geo-technician, diamond drill helper, ground magnetic surveys, camp logistics and many other tasks.He has worked all over Northwestern Ontario, Newfoundland, and Finland where he was involved with gold, nickel, silver, diamond, base metals, niobium, lithium, and rare earth exploration projects.

John Londry (M.Sc., P.Geo)
Geologist
John has been in mineral exploration since 1969, working across Canada and South America. He has been involved in projects ranging from grassroots to advanced and development stages (Holloway, Eagle River, River Valley). During this period John has gained a wide and varied experience base in exploration techniques and various commodities. John has held the positions of District and Senior Geologist with Noranda, Hemlo Gold and Battle Mountain Gold. He has served as Vice President of Exploration with Pacific North West Capital and sits on two company boards.

Alan Zawadski
Prospector
Alan’s career as a prospector with Emerald Geological Services began in 2021, but his involvement in the mining community spans his entire life. As a bush pilot and an enthusiast of snowmobiles and ATVs, he brings extensive working experience in remote areas throughout Ontario. His focus has been exploring for gold, base metals, and lithium deposits. A highlight of his career includes his notable work on the Epworth property in Nunavut.

Ben Linton
Field Assistant Level-2
Ben is a geology student currently enrolled in his third year at Queen’s University. In his two seasons with Emerald, he has been active in Northwestern Ontario and Nunavut prospecting and mapping multiple properties for EGS clients. He is a co-discoverer of showings in the Red Lake and Kenora areas and has been involved with stripping and channel sampling programs for Emerald.
